ABOUT US
Himmel Haus is a German restaurant and bierhaus featuring a wide variety of German and Belgian biers and wines with a simple menu of Bavarian-inspired food. While we will offer some strictly traditional recipes throughout the year, our vision is to take the customary ideas and theories of German Cuisine and give them a contemporary, California twist.
DIRECTIONS
From the Heavenly California Lodge:
1. Head toward the lake directly across the parking lot
2. Cross Saddle Road
3. Enter Himmel Haus parking lot

From the Heavenly Gondola or Stateline:
1. Head southwest on Lake Tahoe Blvd
2. Turn LEFT on Pioneer Trail (0.5 mi.)
3. Turn LEFT on Keller Rd (0.9 mi.)
4. Turn RIGHT on Saddle Rd
5. Destination is on the RIGHT, just past June Way

From Kirkwood or Placerville:
1. From CA 89N/US 50E/Lincoln Hwy (0.9 mi.)
2. Turn RIGHT on Pioneer Trail (7.0 mi.)
3. Turn RIGHT on Ski Run Blvd (0.3 mi.)
4. Turn LEFT on Needle Peak Rd (0.3 mi.) Follow the signs to Heavenly Ski Resort
5. Turn RIGHT on Wildwood Ave (0.3 mi.)
6. Take 2nd LEFT on Saddle Rd (before you enter the Heavenly Parking Lot)
